Bulgarian Register of Shipping (BRS) operates as a recognised and trusted partner to maritime administrations and industry stakeholders worldwide.

The organisation maintains formal authorisations from multiple flag administrations, enabling BRS to perform statutory surveys and certification services on their behalf, in full compliance with international maritime conventions, including SOLAS, MARPOL, Load Line, STCW and MLC.

BRS is authorised to act within clearly defined scopes of delegation, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the respective Administration, as well as applicable international regulations and standards.
