The Bulgarian Register of Shipping (BRS) operates in full compliance with applicable international conventions, national regulations, and recognized industry standards governing maritime safety, security, and environmental protection.

BRS is committed to ensuring that all services are delivered in strict accordance with the requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), relevant flag Administrations, and applicable statutory instruments, including but not limited to SOLAS, MARPOL, Load Line, STCW, and MLC.

Through a structured system of internal controls, procedures, and continuous monitoring, BRS safeguards the consistency, integrity, and reliability of its certification and verification activities.

All personnel, surveyors, and authorized representatives of BRS are required to adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct, technical competence, and regulatory compliance.
