CONTANIER SUPERVISION

BRS determines the technical requirements on the basis of the International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) and carries out technical supervision for their implementation.

The supervision activity is carried out on the basis of the Rules issued by BRS and aims to determine whether the containers meet the Rules and the additional requirements, as well as the materials and products intended for their manufacture.

The application and implementation of these Rules and additional requirements is а responsibility of design organizations, companies for building and repairing containers, container owners, as well as companies manufacturing materials and products for containers, which are subject to supervision by BRS.

The activity of supervision of BRS does not replace the activity of the bodies for technical control of the owners of containers and of the enterprises – producers and manifacturers.
