The applicant accepts the following terms:
• The Classification and Construction Rules of Bulgarian Register of Shipping as valid on the date of conclusion of the building contract between shipyard and owners will be applicable.
• The applicant will ensure that prior to construction drawings and/or computations subject to approval will be submitted for approval and that the Surveyors of BRS will for performance of their construction supervision functions at any time be granted access to the structure as such and to all relevant workshops and premises of the shipyard.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the fees will be calculated on the basis of actually realized construction data of the ship based on BRS's tariffs of fees in force on the date of delivery of the ship.
• Upon completion of construction the final certificates will be handed to the applicant only upon complete settlement of all fees claimed. The right of charging additional fees in the event of the construction periods being exceeded is reserved.
• Any rescission of the present application for classification requires to be stated in writing. In that case fees will be charged in accordance with the state of construction of the newbuilding and with the services rendered until the date of rescission.
